Uncompromised Space
East Grinstead is a town and civil parish in the northeastern corner of Mid Sussex district of West Sussex in England near the East Sussex, Surrey, and Kent borders.
Set on a sandstone hill top 400 feet above sea level, East Grinstead stands about half way between London and the South coast.
East Grinstead is the capital of the historic High Weald. This ancient market town has a wealth of architectural heritage and is surrounded by some of the finest countryside in the whole of the South East of England. This is where the River Medway rises, and the vast swathes of Ashdown Forest begin. You can ride on the steam trains of the famous Bluebell Railway, drift among the treasures of the National Trust’s Standen, or celebrate the famous Christmas Carol of Good King Wenceslas in the quadrangle of Sackville College.
Truly, East Grinstead has something for everyone. Friendly restaurants, pubs, bars and coffee shops are waiting to bid you welcome.
Bluebell Railway
The Bluebell Railway was one of the first preserved heritage lines in the country resulting
in one of the finest collections of vintage steam locomotives and carriages many of which
were preserved straight out of service from British Railways.

and full of flavour. Our method is a procedure used to get the best result from a single cut of beef. Start by choosing the best quality
beef, treating it with respect and handling it in the correct way.

High Street
Many believe that the Great British High Street has either been killed off by shopping Malls and the Internet; or it has been cloned like so
many towns. Not East Grinstead, we have many vibrant retail shops, a large number of which are privately owned. And, unlike many similar
towns we have ample economic off street parking.
